Pamela Andrews, M.A., P.M.P.

Pamela
Andrews is a senior consultant for The Training Advantage.
She specializes in the implementation and management of business
processes, policies and procedures for large and small organizational
IT change initiatives, project management and business development
services.
Pamela
spent over 6 years at Federal Reserve Bank as a Senior IT
Support Analyst within the Strategic Analysis and Technology
Training function of the Bank’s Automation Group. As
a project lead, she designed and developed Technical Training
for National Automation and IT initiatives for the 12 Federal
Reserve Banks. She provided Instructional design and blended
learning solutions to support organizational training and
development with various business areas that included classroom
training, eLearning and web development
Before
joining the Bank, she spent four years working as a Customer
Service Trainer for a national airline where she supervised
Passenger Service new hires and conducted compliance training
for all employees. She also has experience in the Entertainment,
Academic and Not-for-Profit communities.
Pamela
earned her Bachelors in Public Administration at the University
of Southern California and her Masters in Business Education
at New York University. After graduating from NYU, she served
as President of the Alpha Chapter of Delta Pi Epsilon, a National
Professional Society for Business Education. Pamela’s
record of service coupled with her dedication to providing
inclusive learning experiences earned her a Peter L. Agnew
Master’s Degree Award for Scholarship and Leadership
in Business Education.
Currently,
Pamela travels between Las Vegas and New York City working
to support learning and development projects for the global
community.
