Amy Lui Abel
Dr. Amy Lui Abel is an expert in the areas of employee and climate needs assessment, business and performance improvement, organization design and analysis, change management initiatives, and design and delivery of training programs. She has worked in financial services, management consulting, and technology industries for global organizations such as JPMorganChase, Accenture, Adobe Systems, Johnson and Johnson, and JetBlue Airlines. Dr. Abel has served as faculty at NYU Stern School of Business in management and organization studies and on the Board of Directors for the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) New York Chapter. She is a contributing author to The International Handbook of Workplace Learning (published 2009) and is a frequent presenter and lecturer at conferences on topics of human performance and learning, leadership and management development, and corporate universities within companies. Dr. Abel holds several degrees, including a PhD, from New York University in information technology, business education, and organizational learning and development.
