THE CHANGE STYLE WORKSHEET: What your score means.

 

M score is 1 to 6.  Your natural style during change uses most of the behaviors we call masculine. 

M score is –6 to 0.  You tend not to make much use of masculine ways to manage change. 

F score is 1 to 6.  Your natural style during change tends toward the approaches we call feminine. 

F score is –6 to 0.  You tend not to use feminine approaches to handling change.
