Objectives:
Who should attend: Managers, team leaders and team members, professionals in diverse organizations
Duration: Half day
Program Format: Participants are first exposed to original research on the different approaches men and women are likely to take when faced with change. Then they learn the three stages of change and discuss the gender differences there. They take an inventory to help characterize their natural approach to change. Finally each person learns tools to strengthen the five success factors to manage change effectively and productively.
