Thriving in the Gap between Natural Female Style and Business Demands

 How does a woman manager survive and thrive with the demands of being a business leader?  How does she adapt to the male model necessary for getting and keeping top organizational jobs? How can she use her natural strengths to increase organizational productivity and profit?  And -- how can she keep herself whole while performing a top organization job?

 Current research from UCLA is shedding new light on how female management styles are different than those of men.  Researchers are showing that female leadership styles may be more in tune with the evolving need for heightened team performance and the ability to effectively motivate and operate through national and global trans-organizational structures. This research shows what many of us women have known for years:  that women’s chemistry acts differently under stress than that of men’s.  Men’s brains release testosterone while a women release oxytoxin.  What this means is that women are more naturally skilled in five dimensions of leadership, which we refer to as:
