Tools for Reframing
What if you could take a look at yourself and your organization from a new angle? Or if you were able to see your problems and issues in a fresh light? The Training Advantage offers tools and training for professionals and organizations to reframe challenges and opportunities.
We provide six core seminars:

Leadership in Action. A 2 to 3-day seminar for individuals and teams to practice new behaviors demanded by the workplace. We give each person individual coaching on the results. The seminar includes training based on our original research on the Six Strategic Leadership Skills found to differentiate effective top-level leaders from successful middle managers.

Making Change Work. A 1 to 2-day seminar that provides tools to help managers leverage change in their organizational culture and approach new situations positively and flexibly. They come away with the ability to use break-through approaches to getting new ideas adopted within their organizations.

Business Strategy: Strategic Planning. A 2-day program where participants develop a strategic plan for their own business. Through a series of guided questions, they use a range of tools to make better strategic choices and assess alternate ways to grow.

Innovative Business Thinking. A 1 to 2-day workshop stimulating fresh strategic and tactical thinking. Participants practice powerful techniques for generating innovative business ideas and identify their own natural creativity style. They learn tools to harness group creativity.

Do-It-Yourself Conflict Management. A 1 to 2-day seminar providing a simple system for resolving conflicts in the workplace by the individuals involved or by their manager.

Managing Virtual Teams. This workshop provides a practical introduction on how to leverage existing team skills and build new ones to be more effective working with team members separated by miles and time zones. Participants walk away with 15 tip sheets on how everyone can work successfully in a virtual team. It can be delivered in a classroom or on-line or in a combination of the two.
