should attend: Professionals and students who want to improve their work and management style and have greater control of their time and life
Duration: 1-1.5 days 6 to 9-month coaching option
1. Welcome package: Pre-workshop materials must be completed by all participants. The Welcome Package will outline the client's Time Management Program, key objectives and approach. There will be a Q& A section for participants' completion agreement.
2. Workshop: Half-day and full-day options, up to 12 participants persession
4-hour session outline:
o Get clear on priorities: Group exercise; Introductions; Goals and priorities discussion
o Take control of your time, examine behaviors and beliefs: Individual quiz, Are you in control of your time? This component will be adapted to each level of staff and management to facilitate discussions relevant to participants; situations
o Manage expectations -- yours and others: Limiting beliefs; Effective approaches and tools to put you in control of your time management; Organization systems and processes; Communications and effective boundary setting to stay on track with priorities and effective habits
o Short and long-term projects -- daily commitment and management: Outline timelines and milestone goals; Identify and learn how to mleverage resources to help; Establish and accountability structure to reinforce new habits; Establish an accountability structure to reinforce new habits
o Enjoy a healthy mix of work and play: Work/life balance exercise; Plan development
